Unless otherwise noted, the following are the minimum system requirements for computer or tablet service:

  • Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, or Mac OS X (10.6 or greater)
  • Android (2.3 or greater), iOS (5.0 or greater), or Windows RT

NOTE: All plans require 1-year service agreement
